Sponsor the Event

Bona Fide Bellevue is excited to announce the return of Bellevue’s Wine Crawl, but with a new name, look and feel: “Bellevue UnWINEd.” Participants will get to know the vibrant community of Bellevue one sip at a time. This year, 14 stops will be available for attendees to sample a variety of alcoholic beverages featuring local wines, spirits, ciders and cocktails.

A street market of regional artists, craftspeople and makers of local goods gathering under tents on Lincoln Avenue will add to the festivities, and entice their followers to our neighborhood.

Bellevue UnWINEd is a wonderful opportunity to welcome new friends to your business, and increase visibility and sales by bolstering Bellevue’s reputation as a destination for culture and commerce.

🍷 Event Details

Event: Saturday, June 7th, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET

Street Closure: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM ET, Lincoln Avenue between Balph and Jackson

Business Participation Confirmation Deadline: Saturday, May 10th, 2025.

🍷 Opportunities 

There are a number of ways that you and your business can participate at a variety of price levels, including some that are completely free! Please review the options below and communicate your interest no later Saturday, May 10th to receive the benefits as described.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure that Bona Fide Bellevue event leaders are aware of your plans to participate and include your business in community outreach, please make sure that you follow the steps listed at the end of this document exactly. Help us help you – and all of Bellevue – succeed together!

SIP STOP SPONSOR | Needed: 14, Cost: $65 (Our most popular option, these spots will go fast!)

Sponsors with physical locations where guests will stop to try one of the 14 available varietals of wine.

Benefits:

  • These sponsors will be named as a Sip Stop on the physical event maps along with their logo
  • A visual indicator will be posted in front of your business identifying you as a Sip Stop
  • Sponsors will be mentioned on physical advertising and in social media content
  • Bona Fide Bellevue will provide the wine, ice and container (if needed), dump buckets, and information about the wines to share with attendees

Requirements:

  • Must be a business on Lincoln Avenue, or a short distance off
  • Must set up a table or easily-accessible flat surface inside your business, and provide 1 or 2 volunteers to pour samples for attendees. Please contact Bona Fide Bellevue if you need assistance with pouring.

HYDRATION SENSATION SPONSOR | Needed: 2, Cost: $75

Sponsors to provide water for event attendees.

Benefits:

  • Signage with your name will be located where attendees can grab water all day long
  • Logo placement on the event maps
  • Mentions on physical advertising and in social media content

SIGNATURE “SOMMELIER” / MAP SPONSOR | Needed: 1, Cost: $350

Lead financial benefactor of the event, sponsoring the creation of the critical maps that all attendees will rely on for information and directions throughout the event.

Benefits:

  • Your business’ name and logo featured prominently on 500 physical event maps that ALL attendees will receive
  • Prominent mentions on physical advertising and in social media content

FOOD PAIRING DESTINATION | Needed: Any and all, Cost: FREE!

For Bellevue restaurants and eateries that wish to be involved in a more informal way, but still contribute to the success of the event and elevate Bellevue’s reputation as a food destination.

Benefits:

  • Potential mentions on the event map, physical advertising and in social media content surrounding the event

Requirements:

  • Must be a restaurant or food seller on Lincoln Avenue, or a short distance off
  • Must do one or both of the two options below:
    • Extend your business hours through the end of the event
    • Develop a unique offering or “special” (ideally one related to the wine theme) to draw attendees into your restaurant. Small, portable food options available out front / curbside are ideal and will receive the most visibility

‘VUE-POINT DESTINATION | Needed: Any and all, Cost: FREE!

For Bellevue businesses of any kind and/or ‘points of interest’ around town that want to take advantage of this opportunity to show off our community and demonstrate our hospitality to visitors.

Benefits:

  • Potential mentions on the event map, physical advertising and in social media content surrounding the event

Requirements:

  • Must be a business or destination on Lincoln Avenue, or a short distance off
  • Must do one or both of the two options below:
    • Extend your business hours through the end of the event
    • Develop a unique offering for the event (ideally one related to the wine theme) , such as a discount/sale or an experience. Feel free to get creative!
