Rhythm & Brews Festival FAQ

How does this work?
The 2022 Rhythm & Brews festival takes place in Bellevue on August 6 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Individual breweries will be represented inside local shops along Lincoln Avenue and bands will be performing at various locations. Maps with the list of locations will be included in your program to guide your stroll along Lincoln Avenue. Each ticketed attendee gets a pour from each brewery.

Attendees can purchase tickets in advance online ($35 each), and in-person at registration on the day of the event ($45 each). There will be two entry points with registration tables. Guests can check-in at The Center Of Bellevue (2 N. Sprague Ave.) or at the John Hermann Museum (318 Lincoln Ave.). Ticketed attendees will be provided with a souvenir glass, a wristband and a program that includes a map of the festival.

What does the $35 ticket fee cover?
The ticket fee entitles guests to sample beers at all the stops on the crawl, as well as the entertainment provided by bands playing at various locations. The event is a fundraiser for Bona Fide Bellevue, a 501c3 non-profit Community Development Corporation working to promote living and working in Bellevue, PA.

Are there physical tickets for the event?
No. Please present your ID at check-in. If you’ve purchased your tickets online, you can look for the Will-Call table to show your ID and claim your pre-purchased tickets. They will be listed under the name of the person who made the purchase. All ticket holders will be asked to show ID and sign a waiver to receive a glass, wristband, and program. Please hang on to these items! You’ll need them at each stop.

Is this a timed event or can you join in at any time?
Attendees are asked to choose an entry time when buying tickets online, to help us control the flow of people through registration and make the experience excellent for everyone.

Is this kid-friendly?
Yes! Our event is kid and family-friendly, and those that aren’t drinking don’t need to purchase a ticket. Without a ticket they will not receive a wristband, glass or program. No alcohol will be served to attendees without these items. In addition to beer tastings and live music, games will be provided for the public along the closed section of Lincoln Avenue. Please be courteous and share the games with others.

Where is parking available?
Public parking is available throughout the borough. However, Lincoln Avenue will be closed from Florence Ave. to Balph Ave., so we highly encourage you to carpool or use a ride service such as Uber or Lyft. Bellevue is also accessible via three Port Authority bus routes as well: the 13 BELLEVUE, 14 OHIO VALLEY, and 16 BRIGHTON.

Will there be food available?
Yes. Local restaurants will be selling food, both inside and outside. We encourage you to try as many as possible and experience the variety that Bellevue has to offer.

Will the event still happen in inclement weather?
This event will be held “rain or shine.” Fortunately, each pour is inside of a local business.

Is a mask necessary?
We do not expect to require masking during the event. We encourage our guests to follow the most up to date event masking guidelines published by the CDC at the time of the event. Individual private businesses have the option to request mask wearing inside their buildings, and if that is preferred we request that you honor their preference.
