Today we get to know the team from BreadWorks.
Breadworks started back in 1979 on the Northside and have been here for the past 42 years! Back then the bakery was known as The French Oven. We moved in 1983 to our present location and changed our name to BreadWorks.
We have over 50 varieties of breads and rolls, some traditional and some “Old World” (rustic) serving many restaurants, country clubs, hospitals, hotels and all our friends that walk into our store at 2110 Brighton Road. We are known for our Rustic breads, the most popular being the rustic sour. We do make rolls and breadsticks that people seemed to Love.
This is our 1st time here at the Bellevue farmer’s Market. There are over 50 people during the night and day to help Larry, Missy, Ben, and Jessica bring the bread to Bellevue. We have a great time meeting new people and businesses at the market is enjoyable.
