For the next few weeks, we will be spotlighting a group of volunteers who happen to be on a mission from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Today we speak with Sister Anna MacKay.
I’m from Utah, but I’m taking these next 18 months to serve Jesus Christ! I’ve lived in West View for the last six weeks. Before that, I was living in the Harrisburg area. I will soon move to Portugal and be there for the next year.
Before the mission, I was going to school at Utah State University. I’m going to return to Utah and become a dental hygenist. A fun fact about me is that my older brother just recently married my best friend from elementary school! I’ll be excited to see them both again.
I got involved I the market because some past missionaries helped out and loved it! We wanted to get into some of the fun as well! While I’m not much of a cook, the fresh blueberries make for a stellar breakfast! I also really love the yummy bread! I love the volunteers here! Show them some love, because we love you!
