Hello Hummus, located at 5 West Prospect Avenue in Ingram, offers handcrafted, small-batch hummus with the freshest, most local ingredients. We started seven years ago when owner Zouhair Mkais, originally from Morocco, and his step-daughter Savannah combined their love for food and passion for marketing to create a business that focuses on fresh, healthy foods. We have unconventional flavors from Garlicky Black Bean and Horseradish to Lemon Cilantro and Tomato Basil.
In addition, Greens & Grains was established in 2016 as the sister of Hello Hummus and offers salads with quinoa, beans, kale, spinach, cranberries, and more. Everything is made from scratch daily without artificial flavors or preservatives. Some of our bestselling salads include Mediterranean, lemon cilantro, and lemon basil.
While Zouhair is the master hummus maker, Savannah is responsible for sales and marketing and is the recipe creator. We have been vending at the Bellevue Farmers Market for years, and it continues to improve yearly. We love Bellevue! We love to build lasting, positive relationships with community members.
